Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements definition

Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements means (a) the Developer’s Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements and (b) the Remaining Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements.
Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements means the public infrastructure set forth in the Project Implementation Agreement to be constructed with proceeds of the 2022B Bonds and the County Funds (as defined in the Project Implementation Agreement).
Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements means, collectively, the Developer’s Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements and Sweetwater Park.

  • Furthermore, Developer shall prepare and incorporate into the drawings and specifications a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (“SWPPP”) to be implemented by Developer during Project construction and, until Acceptance of the Convention Center or the applicable Developer’s Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements.

  • To the extent such costs are incurred after Completion but before Acceptance of the Developer’s Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements and are not paid to Developer pursuant to Section 9.1 (including pursuant to the Final Accounting under Section 9.1.6), Authority shall reimburse Developer for such costs within thirty (30) days after Developer provides Authority with a request for reimbursement, together with supporting documentation evidencing such costs.

  • In the case of any Competitive Bid or Solicitation Process for the Developer’s Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements, Developer shall provide the Authority with a copy of the tabulation of competitive bid results with respect to each contract and subcontract, as applicable.

  • SUBJECT: DISCUSSION/ACTION: FACILITY USE AGREEMENT FOR IMPERIAL VALLEY CHALLENGER LITTLE LEAGUE.

  • Convention Center site preparation costs totaling $4.7 million are included in the Developer’s Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements.

  • For the Developer’s Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements, the Project schedule shall indicate a planned completion date following the Commencement Date that is not later than the Outside Construction Completion Date (the “Planned Completion Date”).


More Definitions of Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements

Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements has the meaning set forth in the foregoing Recitals. “Port District” means the San Diego Unified Port District, a public corporation.
Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements has the meaning given such term in the Project Implementation Agreement.

Related to Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 C.F.R. 184.4.

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Critical infrastructure means existing and proposed systems and assets, whether physical or virtual, the incapacity or destruction of which would negatively affect security, economic security, public health or safety, or any combination of those matters.++

  • Green infrastructure means a stormwater management measure that manages stormwater close to its source by:

  • Home improvement means the remodeling, altering,

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Capital Improvements mean the purchase, renovation, rehabilitation, or construction of permanent land, buildings, structures, equipment and furnishings used directly for or in the Project, and any goods or services for the Project that are purchased and capitalized under GAAP, including any organizational costs and research and development costs incurred in Illinois. Capitalized lease costs for land, buildings, structures or equipment shall be included in “Capital Improvements” only if the lease term, including any extensions or options to extend, equals or exceeds the term of this Agreement, and provided that such lease costs are valued at their present value using the corporate interest rate prevailing at the time the Company filed its Application with the Department.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • energy infrastructure means any physical equipment or facility which is located within the Union or linking the Union to one or more third countries and falling under the following categories:

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.

  • Improvements means the buildings, structures, improvements, and alterations now constructed or at any time in the future constructed or placed upon the Land, including any future replacements and additions.

  • Environmental Infrastructure System means the Environmental Infrastructure Facilities of the Borrower, including the Project, for which the Borrower is receiving the Loan.

  • Needs Improvement the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall is below the requirements of a standard or overall, but is not considered to be unsatisfactory at this time. Improvement is necessary and expected. Unsatisfactory: the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall has not significantly improved following a rating of needs improvement, or the Educator’s performance is consistently below the requirements of a standard or overall and is considered inadequate, or both.

  • Energy efficiency improvement means equipment, devices, or materials intended to decrease energy consumption, including, but not limited to, all of the following:

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);
