Phase I Reports definition

Phase I Reports has the meaning set forth in subparagraph 3(b) of Part V of this Acquired Companies Annex.
Phase I Reports means those certain Phase I Environmental --------------- Reports of the Properties and any other environmental reports delivered to Lender in connection with the origination of the Loan.
Phase I Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(d).
