Phone PIN means the phone banking personal identification number assigned by the Bank to the Customer for the purposes of the Customer’s integrated account with the Bank;

  • Hang Seng will assign to you a Phone PIN to enable you to use the services from time to time offered by Hang Seng on a 24-hour basis under the Card Centre 24-Hour Customer Service Hotline.
