Picnic Shelter definition

Picnic Shelter means any pavilion structure located in a dedicated park area or non-dedicated open space area intended to provide a covered shelter for use by visitors for dining, seating, grilling and access to permanent restrooms.
Picnic Shelter means an open-sided shelter, smaller than a pavilion, usually constructed partially or fully of concrete, equipped with a picnic tables, and often equipped with a place to build a fire for barbequing food.
Picnic Shelter means the portion of the Lands outlined and labelled as “picnic shelter” on the plan attached as Schedule “A” to this Agreement;
