Examples of Hospitalization in a sentence
If you are an Inpatient in a Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility or other eligible facility or a patient in a Partial Hospitalization Treatment Program or Coordinated Home Care Program at the time that your coverage under this Certificate is terminated, the benefits of this benefit section will be provided until you are discharged from the Hospital or other Provider or until your Hospital days are exhausted, whichever occurs first.
Medical Expenses incurred immediately after the Insured Person is Hospitalised, provided that: • Such Medical Expenses are incurred for the same condition for which the Insured Person’s Hospitalisation was required, and • The In-patient Hospitalization claim for such Hospitalization is admissible by the Insurance Company.
Only one daily allowance amount is payable for each day of Hospitalization, regardless of number of the Illnesses contracted/Injuries sustained.
Hospitalization means admission in a Hospital for a minimum period of 24 consecutive ‘In-patient Care’ hours except for specified procedures/ treatments, where such admission could be for a period of less than 24 consecutive hours.
The Board will offer health care benefits to include: Hospitalization, Major Medical, Dental, Prescription, and Vision Care.
