Pinnacle Affected Company definition

Pinnacle Affected Company means (a) Pinnacle and its successor, (b) any Holding Company of Pinnacle, or (c) any Subsidiary of Pinnacle or its successor or of any Holding Company of Pinnacle, that in each such case owns, directly or indirectly, all or substantially all of the Airline Assets of Pinnacle or its successor, such Holding Companies of Pinnacle and such Subsidiaries, taken as a whole.

Pinnacle Affected Company means (a) Pinnacle and its successors, (b) Mesaba and its successors, (c) any Holding Company of Pinnacle or Mesaba or its successors, or (c) any Subsidiary of Pinnacle or Mesaba or its successors, that in each such case owns, directly or indirectly, all or substantially all of the Airline Assets of Pinnacle or Mesaba or their respective successors, such Holding Companies of Pinnacle, Mesaba and their respective Subsidiaries, taken as a whole.

  • Restricted companies means companies that boycott Israel.

  • Affected employee means an employee who would be affected by the grant or denial of a variance, or any one of the employee’s authorized representatives, such as the collective bargaining agent.

  • RQFII means a Renminbi qualified foreign institutional investor approved pursuant to the relevant PRC regulations (as amended from time to time).

  • Business of the Employer means the business conducted by the Employer, which is the business of commercial banking.

  • Affiliated Entities means any legal entity, including any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, not-for-profit corporation, estate planning vehicle or trust, which is directly or indirectly owned or controlled by the Stockholder or his or her descendants or spouse, of which such Stockholder or his or her descendants or spouse are beneficial owners, or which is under joint control or ownership with any other person or entity subject to a lock-up agreement regarding the Common Stock with terms substantially identical to this Agreement.

  • Business Benefit Plan means each Benefit Plan that is contributed to, sponsored, maintained or entered into by Seller or a Retained Subsidiary, a Purchased Subsidiary or any Affiliate of any of them for the benefit of any Business Employee.
