In the event that the Trustee incurs reimbursable amounts in excess of the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount in any Anniversary Year, it may obtain reimbursement for such amounts in subsequent Anniversary Years, but in no event shall more than the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount in aggregate be reimbursed to the Trustee per Anniversary Year.
