Expansion means all work required to be undertaken to or in connection with the DBNGP in order to expand the Gas Transmission Capacity of the DBNGP, including to provide additional Capacity for Alcoa pursuant to the Alcoa Exempt Contract, but excluding (subject to the following sentence) any expansion which causes the DBNGP to exceed the geographical confines of the DBNGP Pipeline Corridor created under Part 4 of the DBP Act as at the date of this Contract.
