Pipeline Corridor definition

Pipeline Corridor means the pipeline pathway through the jurisdictional boundaries of the City in which the pipeline(s) and or Facilities of the Company are located, including any Rights-of- Way, Public Property, Public Ways, Other Ways, and/or easement over and through private property.
Pipeline Corridor means the area used for and around a pipeline as defined in The Pipelines Act.
