Construction Corridor definition

Construction Corridor means, the area of land extending on either side of the centerline of the pipeline as indicated in the application for this permit, and is labelled as either “construction corridor” or “review corridor” on the construction plans.
Construction Corridor means a minimum width of 1 rod (5.0 meters) along the designated route for buried cable and wire placement, which permits passage and operation of the construction equipment. Construction Corridors that equal or exceed the minimum width will not be designated on the Construction Sheets.
Construction Corridor is defined in Article 6 of Appendix 4.

  • If the MEP Participants determine in their sole discretion that the construction and installation of the Facilities is viable within any previously designated Specified Corridor, the MEP Participants will have the right to so notify the State Authorities and such Specified Corridor shall thereafter be designated the Construction Corridor.

Construction Corridor means an area of land (including exclusive control of the area above such and to a specified height and rights to the land’s subsurface to a specified depth) within the Preferred Route Corridor twenty-two (22) metres wide and extending from the Point of Entry to the Point of Terminus, within which the centreline of the Pipeline Corridor will be located, and such other areas determined by the MEP Participants in their sole discretion as reasonably necessary for the conduct of Project Activities within which Rights to Land required for the construction and installation phase as set forth under Phase 2 of this Appendix shall be exercised, all as notified by the MEP Participants to the State Authorities.

Related to Construction Corridor

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Construction sign means a sign which identifies the architect, engineers, contractors and other individuals or firms involved with the construction of a building, or announces the character of the building or enterprise, which is erected during the building construction period.

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

  • Construction management at-risk means a project delivery method in which the District awards separate contracts, one for architectural and engineering services to design an infrastructure facility and the second to a construction manager at-risk for both construction of the infrastructure facility according to the design and construction management services.

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Architectural coating means a coating applied to stationary structures and their appurtenances, to mobile homes, to pavements, or to curbs.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Construction wastes include, but are not limited to lumber, wire, sheetrock, broken brick, shingles, glass, pipes, concrete, paving materials, and metal and plastics if the metal or plastics are a part of the materials of construction or empty containers for such materials. Paints, coatings, solvents, asbestos, any liquid, compressed gases or semi-liquids and garbage are not construction wastes.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;
