Pipeline Entity definition

Pipeline Entity means an entity who is authorized by the Board to lay, build, operate or expand the natural gas pipeline.
Pipeline Entity means each of GCP, CP GP, CCTP, Cheniere Southern Trail GP, Inc., Cheniere Southern Trail Pipeline L.P., and Cheniere Corpus Christi Pipeline.
Pipeline Entity means each of Pipeline Holdco, TGPL, NWP and each Subsidiary of Pipeline Holdco, TGPL or NWP.
