Pipeline Release definition

Pipeline Release means the spill of crude oil from the Genesis Pipeline USA, L.P. Mississippi System on December 20, 1999.
Pipeline Release shall have the meaning given in Section 8.1(a)(iv).

  • Pre-Release shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.09.

  • Software Release means any subsequent, generally available version of Software or Independent Software provided after initial Delivery of Software or Independent Software, but does not mean a new Product.

  • Environmental Release means any spilling, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, escaping, leaching, dumping, disposing or migration into the environment.

  • Restriction Release Date means such date, after the Effective Date, that the Board of Directors determines in good faith that it is in the best interests of the Corporation and its stockholders for the transfer restrictions set forth in this Article 4 to terminate.

  • Threatened Release means a substantial likelihood of a Release which requires action to prevent or mitigate damage to the soil, surface waters, groundwaters, land, stream sediments, surface or subsurface strata, ambient air or any other environmental medium comprising or surrounding any Property which may result from such Release.

  • Collateral Release Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 10.15(d).

  • Seller Released Parties has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.6(a).

  • Escrow Release Conditions means, collectively, the conditions set forth in Section 4.3.
