Pit row concept: Subject always to safety considerations, and as further prescribed by the Commercial Commissioner on behalf of ACEA, Team Bases in any Venue shall be arranged and shall be managed by Competitors to provide for a secure “pit row” area in front of each Team Base providing for access in the “pit row” area for persons accredited by ACEA and providing for public viewing. Except with the prior written agreement of the Commercial Commissioner, Competitors shall not open their Team Bases to the general public (whether free of charge or for charge).
