PJM Monthly Capacity Credit Market definition

PJM Monthly Capacity Credit Market means a competitive market, administered by the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule, for the purchase and sale of Capacity Credits for each or any of the twelve months following the month during which the market is conducted. Solely for purposes of the ComEd Zone during the Interim Period, PJM Monthly Capacity Credit Markets also shall refer to separate monthly PJM Installed Capacity Credit Markets.
PJM Monthly Capacity Credit Market means a competitive market, administered by the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule, for the purchase and sale of Capacity Credits for each or any of the twelve months following the month during which the market is conducted.

Examples of PJM Monthly Capacity Credit Market in a sentence

  • Following the submission of Sell Offers and Buy Bids in accordance with the specified deadline for PJM Monthly Capacity Credit Markets, a PJM Monthly Capacity Credit Market will be conducted.

  • Each such PJM Monthly Capacity Credit Market will clear Sell Offers and Buy Bids for Capacity Credits for use in each of the following twelve months.

  • For a PJM Monthly Capacity Credit Market, the month or months for which the offered Capacity Credits may be used.

  • PJM Capacity Credit Market" shall mean the PJM Daily Capacity Credit Market and the PJM Monthly Capacity Credit Market.

  • PJM Monthly Capacity Credit Market" shall mean a competitive market, administered by the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule, for the purchase and sale of Capacity Credits for each or any of the twelve months following the month during which the market is conducted.

Related to PJM Monthly Capacity Credit Market

  • Available RP Capacity Amount means (i) the amount of Restricted Payments that may be made at the time of determination pursuant to Sections 7.06(d), (g), (h) and (l) minus (ii) the sum of the amount of the Available RP Capacity Amount utilized by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to (A) make Restricted Payments in reliance on Sections 7.06 (g), (h) or (l), (B) incur Liens pursuant to Section 7.01(bb), (C) make Investments pursuant to Section 7.02(n), (D) incur Indebtedness pursuant to Section 7.03(y) and (E) make prepayments, redemptions, purchases, defeasances and other payments in respect of Junior Financings prior to their scheduled maturity utilizing the Available RP Capacity Amount pursuant to Section 7.13 plus (iii) the aggregate principal amount of Indebtedness prepaid prior to or substantially concurrently at such time, solely to the extent such Indebtedness (A) was secured by Liens pursuant to Section 7.01(bb) or (B) was incurred pursuant to Section 7.03(y) and not secured pursuant to Section 7.01(bb) (it being understood that the amount under this clause (iii) shall only be available for use under Sections 7.01(bb) and/or 7.03(y), as applicable).

  • Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.

  • Volume Commitment means the agreed upon Customer commitment to purchase, and may be described as an Annual Volume Commitment, Total Volume Commitment, Tiered Volume Commitment, or Subminimum Volume Commitment.

  • LIBOR Market Index Rate means, for any day, LIBOR as of that day that would be applicable for a LIBOR Loan having a one-month Interest Period determined at approximately 10:00 a.m. Central time for such day (rather than 11:00 a.m. (London time) two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period as otherwise provided in the definition of “LIBOR”), or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day. The LIBOR Market Index Rate shall be determined on a daily basis.

  • Three-Month Secondary CD Rate means, for any day, the secondary market rate for three-month certificates of deposit reported as being in effect on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day) by the Board through the public information telephone line of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (which rate will, under the current practices of the Board, be published in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15(519) during the week following such day) or, if such rate is not so reported on such day or such next preceding Business Day, the average of the secondary market quotations for three-month certificates of deposit of major money center banks in New York City received at approximately 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day) by the Administrative Agent from three negotiable certificate of deposit dealers of recognized standing selected by it.

  • Mid-Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the one month period beginning on the Determination Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Cut-Off-Date) occurring in the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the day preceding the Determination Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period With respect to the Mortgage Loans serviced by each Servicer and each of Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts and Partial Unscheduled Principal Receipts, the Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period specified on Schedule I hereto, as amended from time to time by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 10.01(b) hereof.
