PJM OATT definition

PJM OATT or “PJM Tariff” means the Open Access Transmission Tariff of PJM or the successor, superseding or amended versions of the Open Access Transmission Tariff that may take effect from time to time.
PJM OATT means The Open Access Transmission Tariff of the PJM Interconnection LLC or any successor thereto, on file with the FERC.

  • NYISO shall make payments, from the NYISO’s Clearing Account, to PJM consistent with Section 7.1A(a) (Payments: Monthly Bills), 7.1A(b) (Payments: Weekly Bills), 7.1A(c) (Payments: Form of Payments), and 7.1A(e) (Payments: Payment Calendar) of the PJM OATT or any successor PJM OATT provision(s).

  • Firm Transmission Service – shall mean “Network Integration Transmission Service” under the PJM OATT in effect as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, or in successor, superseding or amended versions of the PJM OATT that may take effect from time to time over the term of this Agreement.

  • The Company will make corresponding filings with the Board each year seeking approval of the formula rates on a retail level.In addition to the formula rate protocols described above, the transmission charge may change from time to time as FERC approves other changes in the PJM OATT and related charges.

  • The Company will advise the PJM OI of the magnitude and location of each BGS-RSCP Supplier’s actual BGS-RSCP Supplier Responsibility Share, as required by the PJM OI, for the purpose of calculating such BGS- RSCP Supplier’s appropriate Capacity obligation, Energy obligation, or other requirements related to the provision of service under this Agreement by BGS-RSCP Suppliers arising under the PJM OATT, PJM RAA, PJM OA and any other applicable PJM agreement (collectively, the “PJM Agreements”).

  • JCP&L will review and verify the basis for any BGS transmission charge adjustment, file supporting documentation from the PJM OATT, and any rate translation spreadsheets used.

  • ConEd may upgrade the transmission service for the 400 MW transaction to eliminate the reduction of the 400 MW transaction prior to load shed as described above by requesting such upgraded service and funding all necessary transmission upgrades as required by Part II and Part VI of the PJM OATT.

More Definitions of PJM OATT

PJM OATT means the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff administered by PJM, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
PJM OATT means the Open Access Transmission Tariff of PJM, as such agreement is in effect through the Delivery Period.

  • PJM EIS GATS means the PJM Environmental Information Services, Inc. Generation Attribute Tracking System.

  • PJM Management means the officers, executives, supervisors and employee managers of PJM.

  • PJM Tariff or “Tariff shall mean that certain “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff”, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.

  • Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region.

  • Water Service Connection means the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water works that is located between the Corporation’s watermain in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.

  • PJM Interchange Energy Market means the regional competitive market administered by the Office of the Interconnection for the purchase and sale of spot electric energy at wholesale in interstate commerce and related services established pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K - Appendix.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Renewable energy resource means a resource that naturally replenishes over a human, not a geological, time frame and that is ultimately derived from solar power, water power, or wind power. Renewable energy resource does not include petroleum, nuclear, natural gas, or coal. A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.

  • PJM Markets means the PJM Interchange Energy and capacity markets, including the RPM auctions, together with all bilateral or other wholesale electric power and energy transactions, capacity transactions, ancillary services transactions (including black start service), transmission transactions and any other market operated under the PJM Tariff or Operating Agreement within the PJM Region, wherein Market Participants may incur Obligations to PJMSettlement.

  • Interconnection is As Defined in the Act.

  • CAISO means the California Independent System Operator Corporation or any successor entity performing similar functions.

  • Building Energy Benchmarking means the process of measuring a building’s Energy use, tracking that use over time, and comparing performance to similar buildings.

  • Eligible Renewable Energy Resource or “ERR” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • PJM Region shall have the meaning specified in the Operating Agreement. “PJM Tariff,” “Tariff,” “O.A.T.T.,” “OATT,” or “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff” shall mean that certain PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.

  • PJM Interchange means the following, as determined in accordance with the Operating Agreement and Tariff: (a) for a Market Participant that is a Network Service User, the amount by which its interval Equivalent Load exceeds, or is exceeded by, the sum of the interval outputs of its operating generating resources; or (b) for a Market Participant that is not a Network Service User, the amount of its Spot Market Backup; or (c) the interval scheduled deliveries of Spot Market Energy by a Market Seller from an External Resource; or (d) the interval net metered output of any other Market Seller; or (e) the interval scheduled deliveries of Spot Market Energy to an External Market Buyer; or (f) the interval scheduled deliveries to an Internal Market Buyer that is not a Network Service User.

  • PJM Operating Agreement means the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of PJM on file with the Commission.

  • Energy Resource means a Generating Facility that is not a Capacity Resource.

  • MISO means the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. or any successor thereto.

  • Energy Storage Resource means a resource capable of receiving electric energy from the grid and storing it for later injection to the grid that participates in the PJM Energy, Capacity and/or Ancillary Services markets as a Market Participant.

  • Interconnect means to connect an alarm system including an automatic dialing device to a telephone line, either directly or through a mechanical device that utilizes a telephone, for the purpose of using the telephone line to transmit a message upon the activation of the alarm system.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
