PJM OATT or “PJM Tariff” means the Open Access Transmission Tariff of PJM or the successor, superseding or amended versions of the Open Access Transmission Tariff that may take effect from time to time.

Examples of PJM OATT in a sentence

  • Firm Transmission Service – shall mean “Network Integration Transmission Service” under the PJM OATT in effect as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, or in successor, superseding or amended versions of the PJM OATT that may take effect from time to time over the term of this Agreement.

  • In the event the PJM OATT is modified such that “Network Integration Transmission Service” is no longer offered, Firm Transmission Service shall mean the type of transmission service offered under the PJM OATT that is accorded the highest level of priority for scheduling and curtailment purposes.

Related to PJM OATT

  • PJM EIS GATS means the PJM Environmental Information Services, Inc. Generation Attribute Tracking System or successor.

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.

  • PJM Operating Agreement means the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of PJM on file with the Commission.
