PJM Operating Agreement definition

PJM Operating Agreement means the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of PJM on file with the Commission.

PJM Operating Agreement means the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of PJM or the successor, superseding or amended versions of the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement that may take effect from time to time.

PJM Operating Agreement means the Operating Agreement of PJM. “PJM RAA” means the PJM Reliability Assurance Agreement.

PJM Operating Agreement means that agreement, dated as of April 1, 1997 and as amended and restated as of June 2, 1997, including all Schedules, Exhibits, Appendices, addenda or supplements hereto, as amended from time to time thereafter, among the Members of the PJM Interconnection, L.L.C, on file with the Commission.
