Placement Memorandum definition

Placement Memorandum means that Private Placement Memorandum pursuant to which the Units are being offered and sold.

Placement Memorandum means any document through which private placement of units of the InvIT is made;

Placement Memorandum means the Private Placement Memorandum dated the date of issuance of the Bonds, including the cover page and all appendices thereto.

• The Issuer agrees, upon request in writing by the Trustee, to promptly enter into any deed or document to amend such other Transaction Document or to issue a supplement to the Placement Memorandum, in each case, to ensure that such document is consistent with the terms and conditions set out in this Deed.

Placement Memorandum means any document including an electronic document which is serially numbered and copies of which are circulated only to select investors and is related to an issue made on private placement basis;
