An Administrative Claim, with respect to which a request for payment has been properly and timely filed pursuant to this Section 2.1(a), shall become an Allowed Administrative Claim if no objection to such request is filed by the Debtors or the Plan Administration Trustee with the Bankruptcy Court on or before the date that is one hundred twenty (120) days after the Effective Date, or such later date as may be fixed by the Bankruptcy Court.
