Plan Administrator Budget definition

Plan Administrator Budget means that certain budget governing the fees, expenses, disbursements of the Plan Administrator, which budget shall be reasonably acceptable to the Debtors, the Committee, the Term Loan Agent, and the Required Term Lenders and filed with the Bankruptcy Court as part of the Plan Supplement.

Plan Administrator Budget means a line-item budget that shall be submitted by the Plan Administrator to the Creditor Representative on not less than a monthly basis which details the anticipated weekly expenditures of the Plan Administrator for the month, including but not limited to costs and fees of the Plan Administrator and professionals engaged by the Plan Administrator.

  • Audit Committee or Committee means Committee of Board of Directors of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.

  • Benchmark Administrator means, initially, the SOFR Administrator, or any successor administrator of the then-current Benchmark or any insolvency or resolution official with authority over such administrator.

  • Award Year means a fiscal year beginning January 1 and ending December 31 with respect to which an Award may be granted.

  • Appeals Committee means a Committee or Tribunal duly appointed by by-law to conduct hearings under this By-law;

  • Program Participants means, for any CRP, the Centers (other than the Lead Center for such CRP) and any Partner receiving funding for activities under such CRP that are funded by the CGIAR Fund.
