The plans and drawings to be prepared by Architect and the Engineers hereunder shall be known collectively as the “Construction Documents.” Tenant shall deliver one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy of the Construction Documents to Landlord within ninety (90) days after the Space Plan Delivery Date.
The Commission may hold its meetings at such place or places within or without the State of Georgia at it may from time to time determine.
First Data and RCSI shall cooperate in good faith to reach final agreement upon the Platform Integration Plan within one hundred eighty (180) days following the Platform Integration Plan Delivery Date (the “Platform Integration Plan Finalization Date”).

In the event that Tenant provides Landlord with Plans and Specifications for the Pre-Commencement Expansion Space on or prior to the Plan Delivery Date, Landlord agrees to complete the Improvement Work with respect to the Pre-Commencement Expansion Space on the same schedule as is provided for the initial Leased Premises.
Tenant shall be responsible for delays and additional costs in completion of the Tenant Improvements incurred as a result of changes made to any of Tenant’s Plans after the specified Plan Delivery Date, delays caused by Tenant’s failure to comply with the Plan Delivery Dates, delays caused by Tenant’s failure to provide adequate specifications or information for the completion of Tenant’s Plans, or by delays caused by Tenant’s specification of special materials.
Tenant shall cause the Plans and Specifications to be prepared by Tenant's Architect and delivered to Landlord on or before the Plan Delivery Date.
Tenant shall prepare at Tenant's cost, subject to the Design Allowance, plans ("Tenant's Plans") for the construction and layout of the Premises, which Tenant Plans shall be in accordance with the plan requirements set forth below and shall be submitted to Landlord for its approval on or before the Tenant's Plan Delivery Date (as defined in Section 1.1 of this Lease).
Tenant agrees to complete and deliver to Landlord no later than the Engineering Plan Delivery Date all drawings and information pertinent to Tenant's special systems and conditions, such as additional structural loads, slab penetrations and depressions, increased transformer loads, increased chiller capacity, additional shafts, chases, exhausts, and bus ducts as well as any long lead items, including, but not limited to, generators and HVAC equipment.
If Tenant's improvements are not completed on the Lease Commencement Date specified in Section 1.5, due to the failure of Tenant to fulfill any obligation pursuant to the terms of this Lease or any Exhibit hereto, including without limitation Tenant's failure to comply with the Plan Delivery Date described in Section 1.4, the Lease shall be deemed to have commenced on February 1, 1999.
