Plan Distribution Date definition

Plan Distribution Date means with respect to any Claim, (a) the Effective Date or a date that is as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date, if such Claim is then an Allowed Claim, or (b) if not Allowed on the Effective Date, a date that is as soon as reasonably practicable after the date such Claim becomes Allowed, but is not earlier than thirty (30) days following the previous Plan Distribution Date.

Plan Distribution Date means with respect to any Claim or Equity Interest, (a) the Effective Date or a date that is as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date, if such Claim or Equity Interest is then an Allowed Claim or an Allowed Equity Interest, or (b) if not Allowed on the Effective Date, a date that is as soon as reasonably practicable after the date such Claim or Equity Interest becomes Allowed, but is not earlier than thirty (30) days following the previous Plan Distribution Date.

Plan Distribution Date means (a) with respect each Claim that is an Allowed Claim on the Effective Date, a date that is as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date, except with respect to DIP Facility Claims, as to which “Plan Distribution Date” means the Effective Date; and (b) with respect to each claim that is not Allowed on the Effective Date, a date that is as soon as reasonably practicable after the date that such Claim is Allowed.

• Each Plan Distribution shall be made on the relevant Plan Distribution Date therefor and shall be deemed to have been timely made if made on such date or within ten (10) days thereafter.

• Pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Plan, the Disbursing Agent shall make the required Plan Distributions specified under the Plan on the relevant Plan Distribution Date therefor.

Plan Distribution Date means (i) with respect to any Claim other than an Unsecured Claim, (a) if such Claim is Allowed on the Effective Date, a date that is as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date, or (b) if such Claim is not Allowed on the Effective Date, a date that is as soon as reasonably practicable after the date such Claim becomes Allowed, and (ii) with respect to any Unsecured Claim, such date(s) that the Liquidation Trustee determines in its reasonable discretion.

Plan Distribution Date means (a) with respect to any Claim, (i) the Effective Date or a date that is as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date, if such Claim is then an Allowed Claim, or (ii) a date that is as soon as reasonably practicable after the date such Claim becomes Allowed, if not Allowed on the Effective Date, and (b) with respect to any Equity Interest, the Effective Date or a date that is as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date.

Plan Distribution Date means the date for the initial distribution of funds provided for in the Plan to the holders of Allowed General Unsecured Claims in both cases. The Plan Distribution Date shall occur as reasonably possible after the Plan Closing Date, but in no event more than twenty (20) business days after the Plan Closing Date.

Plan Distribution Date means, unless and until a Sale Transaction shall have been approved by the Bankruptcy Court, the later to occur of (i) eleven (11) days after the entry of the Confirmation Order, (ii) two (2) Business Days after the date of entry of the Kmart Assumption Order, and (iii) the date the Debtors obtain (A) a Replacement Facility or (B) the agreement of the requisite Postpetition Lenders to make advances under and pursuant to the terms of the Postpetition Credit Facility during the period between the Confirmation Date and the Effective Date.
