Previous Plan definition

Previous Plan means any pension plan or arrangement for one or more employees of a Contributing Employer (including any such plan or arrangement which may be brought into effect on or after the Conversion Date) to which the Contributing Employer is required to contribute or has contributed.

Previous Plan means any pension plan for the employees of a Contributing School Board (including any individual pension arrangements for one or more of these employees) which was in effect on and prior to the Effective Date and to which the said School District is contributing or has contributed.
