Concept Plans definition

Concept Plans means the plans respectively described as — a site plan (drawing number A001) a ground floor plan (drawing number A020) a first floor plan (drawing number A021) copies of which have been signed by the parties for the purpose of identification;
Concept Plans are the design plans, submitted by Developer and approved by District as of the Effective Date herein, which serve the purpose of establishing the major direction of the design of the Project.

  • Developer shall prepare a proposed conceptual Utility design (a "Utility Adjustment Concept Plan") for the Project (or proposed Utility Adjustment Concept Plans for various segments of the Project, as appropriate), showing the approximate location of each existing Utility, the existing Utilities to remain, and Developer's Utility Adjustment recommendations.

  • The Utility Adjustment Concept Plan(s) shall be submitted in both tabular and plan formats.

More Definitions of Concept Plans

Concept Plans means those plans attached at Annexure B. Council means the party described as “Council” in this Lease and where the context permits includes the employees, contractors, agents and other invitees of the Council. Council’s Equipment means any fixtures and fittings, plant, equipment, Services, chattels and other goods installed or situated in or on the Leased Premises by the Council and made available for use by the Lessee. Council’s Existing Improvements means all built form and improvements (including the exterior and interior of all buildings) and all other conveniences, Services, amenities and appurtenances of, in or to the Council’s Existing Improvements forming part of the Leased Premises as at the Commencement Date. CPI means the consumer price index number published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics for All Groups (Adelaide) or the number which replaces it under clause 4.2.
