Examples of Planned CDP in a sentence

  • Each Connection Notice shall set forth the target completion date for drilling and completion of the initial Well to produce through such Planned CDP (the “Target Completion Date”).

  • Such Connection Notices shall be deemed to have been given for each such Planned CDP on the Effective Date.

  • Gatherer shall provide Producer notice promptly upon Gatherer’s becoming aware of any reason to believe that it may not be able to connect a Planned CDP to the Gathering System by the Completion Deadline therefor or to otherwise complete all facilities necessary to provide the full scope of the Services with respect to all Dedicated Saltwater produced through such Planned CDP by the Completion Deadline therefor.

  • Gatherer shall provide Producer and Shipper notice promptly upon Gatherer’s becoming aware of any reason to believe that it may not be able to connect a Planned CDP to the Gathering System by the Completion Deadline therefor or to otherwise complete all facilities necessary to provide the full scope of the Services with respect to all Dedicated Crude Oil produced through such Planned CDP by the Completion Deadline therefor.

  • Gatherer shall provide Producer and Shipper notice promptly upon Gatherer’s becoming aware of any reason to believe that it may not be able to connect a Planned CDP to the Gathering System by the Completion Deadline therefor or to otherwise complete all facilities necessary to provide the full scope of the Services with respect to all Dedicated Gas produced through such Planned CDP by the Completion Deadline therefor.

  • Each Connection Notice shall set forth the target date for the initial utilization of Freshwater at such Planned CDP (the “Target Completion Date”).

  • If the Parties agree in writing on such fee, such Planned CDP shall be deemed a Required Connection CDP from and after the date of such agreement, and the fee agreed by the Parties shall be charged for Freshwater delivered to the Delivery Point at such Planned CDP in lieu of the Fees.

  • The Completion Deadline for each such Planned CDP shall be July 1, 2020.

  • If the Parties agree in writing on such fee, such Planned CDP shall be deemed a Required Connection CDP from and after the date of such agreement, and the fee agreed by the Parties shall be charged for Dedicated Saltwater delivered to the Receipt Point at such Planned CDP in lieu of the Gathering Fee.

  • If the Parties do not reach agreement within such 30-Day period, Producer may, at its option by notice to Seller, (i) withdraw the Connection Notice with respect to such Planned CDP, in which case at Producer’s option, the entire DSU or any portion thereof associated with the Xxxxx connected to such CDP shall be released from the commitment made by Producer under this Agreement.

  • Planned means entered in the Working Timetable;

  • Planned Downtime means planned downtime for upgrades and maintenance to the Services scheduled in advance of such upgrades and maintenance.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • System Impact Study means an assessment by the Transmission Provider of (i) the adequacy of the Transmission System to accommodate a Completed Application, an Interconnection Request or an Upgrade Request, (ii) whether any additional costs may be incurred in order to provide such transmission service or to accommodate an Interconnection Request, and (iii) with respect to an Interconnection Request, an estimated date that an Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility can be interconnected with the Transmission System and an estimate of the Interconnection Customer’s cost responsibility for the interconnection; and (iv) with respect to an Upgrade Request, the estimated cost of the requested system upgrades or expansion, or of the cost of the system upgrades or expansion, necessary to provide the requested incremental rights. “System Protection Facilities” shall refer to the equipment required to protect (i) the Transmission System, other delivery systems and/or other generating systems connected to the Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbance occurring at or on the Customer Facility, and (ii) the Customer Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbance occurring on the Transmission System or on other delivery systems and/or other generating systems to which the Transmission System is directly or indirectly connected. System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Project Staff means the personnel of Contractor and Subcontractors who provide the Work.

  • Outsourcing facility means a facility that is engaged in the compounding of sterile drugs and is currently registered as an outsourcing facility with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and that complies with all applicable requirements of federal and state law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

  • spatial development framework means the Mhlontlo Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Planned community means a common interest community that is not a condominium or a cooperative. A condominium or cooperative may be part of a planned community.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Cannabis production establishment agent means a cannabis cultivation facility

  • Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.

  • Cannabis processing facility means a person that:

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.
