  • The Parties shall work (at their own cost and expense) together in good faith to obtain such Permits as are necessary to drill and complete each Planned Well and construct the required extensions of the System to each Planned Separator Facility (and each Planned Well, as applicable) as expeditiously as reasonably practicable, all as provided in this Agreement.
