nuclear facility definition

nuclear facility means, except as otherwise agreed to by the Underwriter, any of the following, provided that Nuclear Material is contained therein or being used therewith or Nuclear Material is present at the site where the same is located:
nuclear facility means a facility (including associated buildings and equipment) in which nuclear material is produced, processed, used, handled, stored or disposed of, if damage to or interference with such facility could lead to the release of significant amounts of radiation or radioactive material;

nuclear facility means any reactor plant, any equipment or device used for the separation of the isotopes of uranium or plu- tonium, the processing or utilizing of radioactive material or han- dling, processing or packaging waste; any premises, structure, excavation or place of storage or disposition of waste or by− product material; or any equipment used for or in connection with the transportation of such material.
