Planned Surveillance definition

Planned Surveillance means a planned operation wherein a law enforcement officer(s) enters onto school grounds, including school buildings and school buses, in plainclothes during operating school hours for the purpose of observing or participating in activities associated with the use, possession or distribution of any controlled dangerous substance, alcoholic beverages or firearms or dangerous weapons. This term shall not include observations made by a law enforcement officer, whether in uniform or in plainclothes, from any place or property not owned or used by a school or school board.

  • Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.
