Dangerous weapons definition

Dangerous weapons means any weapon, device, instrument, material or substance which, under the circumstances in which it is used or threatened to be used, is readily capable of causing death or serious physical injury.

Dangerous weapons means dangerous weapons listed but not limited to those is RSA 159:16.

Dangerous weapons. – means any object other than a firearm which is likely to cause serious bodily harm if it were used to commit an assault as defined by the Dangerous Weapons Act 71 of 1968.
