Planning Advisory Committee definition

Planning Advisory Committee means a committee of nine members appointed by resolution of Council to address the requirements of the Community Planning Act.
Planning Advisory Committee means a planning advisory committee created by Council or a Community Council under section 215 of the Charter;
Planning Advisory Committee means the Planning Advisory Committee as established by Council under Section 8(1) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, with the delegated authority to hear matters under the Planning Act on behalf of Council.

  • At the same time the System Operator issues the final CRPS report to the Planning Advisory Committee in accordance with Section 15.4 of Attachment K, the System Operator will provide notice of the entry deadline for the CSIS (the “Cluster Entry Deadline”) to the Interconnection Customers with Interconnection Requests identified in the final CRPS report as eligible to participate in the CSIS.

Planning Advisory Committee means the Planning Advisory Committee established by the Council in accordance with Section 12, Chapter C-12 of the Act and the Planning Advisory Committee By-law of the Town;
