Planning Technician definition

Planning Technician means an adult employee who has had at least 2 years experience as a planning assistant or other experience deemed by the employer to be equivalent thereof and who, under the supervision of technical staff, is called upon to perform duties which require the exercise of judgment and skill in excess of that required of a planning assistant, but do not fall within the duties at the level as defined for a production planner.
