Plans & Drawings definition

Plans & Drawings means those drawings, documents and specifications which are required under this Contract and the Specifications to be submitted to the Purchaser for review; "Owner Furnished Equipment (or “OFE”) shall have the meaning assigned to it in Clause 20.1

Examples of Plans & Drawings in a sentence

  • Any Plans & Drawings submitted by Builder which are not consistent with the arrangements, or equipment being supplied, and/or which fail to provide supporting design details, such as calculation for flow, strength, electrical loads etc.

  • Other non-critical Plans & Drawings shall be returned to the Builder within a reasonable time after receipt.

  • The Contractor shall confirm that the delivered products conform within narrow limits to the performance requirements of the Technical Specifications, Plans & Drawings.

  • Builder shall indicate if the Plans & Drawings being submitted are critical Plans & Drawings.

  • In respect of all Plans & Drawings, the same shall be submitted to the Purchaser in four (4) paper copies and one electronic copy as soon as possible following their production.

  • The Purchaser shall, within ten (10) Working Days after receipt thereof, return to the Builder one copy of such critical Plans & Drawings with the Purchaser's final remarks and amendments (if any) written thereon.

  • All final Plans / Drawings shall be fully permit-able through the regulatory agencies having jurisdiction over the Project.

Related to Plans & Drawings

  • Contract Drawings means only those drawings specifically entitled as such and listed in the Specifications or in any Addendum, or any drawings furnished by the Commissioner, pertaining or supplemental thereto.

  • As-built drawings, as used in this clause, means drawings submitted by the Contractor or subcontractor at any tier to show the construction of a particular structure or work as actually completed under the contract. “As-built drawings” shall be synonymous with “Record

  • Construction Drawings means the drawings showing building components and the manner in which they are assembled to form a building.

  • Shop Drawings means drawings, submitted to the PHA by the Contractor, subcontractor, or any lower tier subcontractor, showing in detail (1) the proposed fabrication and assembly of structural elements and (2) the installation (i.e., form, fit, and attachment details) of materials of equipment. It includes drawings, diagrams, layouts, schematics, descriptive literature, illustrations, schedules, performance and test data, and similar materials furnished by the Contractor to explain in detail specific portions of the work required by the contract. The PHA may duplicate, use, and disclose in any manner and for any purpose shop drawings delivered under this contract.

  • Drawings means the drawings prepared by the Architects and issued by the Engineer and referred to in the specifications and any modifications of such drawings as may be issued by the Engineer from time to time ‘Contract value shall mean value of the entire work as stipulated in the letter of acceptance of tender subject such additions there to or deductions there from as may be made under the provide herein after contained.
