On completion of the Work and prior to and as a condition precedent to the Application for Retention Payment, the Contractor will provide one neatly prepared and complete set of As-Built Drawings and Annotated Specifications to the District.
Throughout the duration of the Project, Contractor shall maintain on a current basis an accurate and complete set of As-Built Drawings (and Annotated Specifications) clearly showing all changes, revisions to specifications and substitutions during construction, including, without limitation, field changes and the final location of all electrical and mechanical equipment, utility lines, ducts, outlets, structural members, walls, partitions, and other significant features.
The Contractor will update the As-Built Drawings and Annotated Specifications as often as necessary to keep them current, but no less often than weekly.
The As-Built Drawings and Annotated Specifications shall be kept at the Site and available for review and inspection by the District and the Architect.
Contractor shall update As-Built Drawings with complete information on an area of Work at or near the time when the Work is being performed and prior to any DSA 152 sign off and prior to any Work being covered.
