The service also tracks and stores documents related to the project such as Request for Information (RFI’s), Architect/Engineer's Supplemental Instructions (ASI), Information Bulletins (IB’s), CAD Coordination, Commission, Construction Change Directive (CCD), Contractor’s Daily Reports, Minutes, Photos, Quality Control, Shop Drawings, Testing, Closeout Documents including As-Built Drawings, Operations and Maintenance Manuals and other project related documents.
The revised set of construction documents in which the Professional is responsible for showing all changes or variations from the original contract drawings as identified on the As-Built Drawings, supplemental contract drawings, Request for Information (RFI) responses, or other document or communication created during the progress of construction.
The Design/Builder shall provide a final set of As-Built Drawings, sometimes referred to as “Record Drawings,” showing all of the Work as actually constructed upon Completion of the Project as indicated in the Specifications.
