As used herein, the “Plant” shall also include all appurtenant facilities operated by Provider and located on the lands described on Exhibit A-1 (the “Plant Site”), including inlet facilities, residue outlets, pipelines and interconnects with Downstream Facilities, in each case, as such plant, facilities, pipelines and interconnects may be modified and/or extended from time to time, including pursuant to a Plant Expansion.
