Player Member definition

Player Member means, an Ordinary Player Member, an Honorary Player Member, a Student Player Member or a Direct Player Member (but who need not, for the avoidance of doubt, be a Member).

Player Member means a member of the Association so described in clause 9;

Player Member means an individual who is registered by a club with the association to play district cricket or suburban districts cricket.

Examples of Player Member in a sentence

• For entry into an ATP Tour or ATP Challenger Tour main draw or qualifying singles and doubles, the player must be an ATP Player Member or an ATP Registered Player.

• The Board of Directors shall, in case of a Player Member, give notice to the manager of the team for which the player is a Player Member.

• The Board may suspend or expel a Regular Member or Player Member for cause.

• For the avoidance of doubt, an Officer or Team Manager who is also a parent or guardian of a Player Member can count in either category, but not both, for the purposes of making up a quorum.
