Client agrees that GPT shall have no responsibility to verify the accuracy or adequacy of any statement, document, fact or information provided to GPT by Client or Client's attorney, accountant, representative or agents.
Date of Acceptance means the date, which appears on the Notice of Acceptance and if no date appears is the date on which the Principal sent the Notice of Acceptance accepting the Contractor’s Tender.
Letter of Acceptance means the letter of formal acceptance, signed by the contractor. Procuring Entity, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties.
Accept or any variant thereof, means to recognize and give effect to 1 or more determinations of another state relating to the qualifications of educational personnel in lieu of making or requiring a like determination that would otherwise be required by or pursuant to the laws of a receiving state.

Illuminated sign means a sign with an artificial light source incorporated internally or externally for the purpose of illuminating the sign.
Signature Date means the date of signature of this Agreement by the Party signing last;
Departing Lender Signature Page means each signature page to this Agreement on which it is indicated that the Departing Lender executing the same shall cease to be a party to the Existing Credit Agreement on the Effective Date.
Non-Extension Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.5(d).
Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.
Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.
Spousal Consent has the meaning set forth in Section 7.19.
Purchase Order Number means the Customer’s unique number relating to the supply of the Services;
Acceptance Window shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(5).
Notice of Acceptance means the written notification and any accompanying documentation sent to the Consultant by the Principal advising acceptance of its Tender to provide the Services under the Contract.
Check 21 means the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act.
LOA or “Letter of Acceptance” means the letter of acceptance issued by the Authority as referred to in Recital (D);
Conditional Acceptance means a conditional acceptance by the Liquidity Provider of an extension of the Scheduled Termination Date.
