Plan Entry Date definition

Plan Entry Date means the Effective Date and: (Choose (d), (e) or (f))
Plan Entry Date means the date(s) specified in Section 2.01 of the Employer's Adoption Agreement.

More Definitions of Plan Entry Date

Plan Entry Date means the participation date(s) specified in Article II.
Plan Entry Date means the date on which an Employee completes and files a Participation Agreement with the Administrative Services Provider.
