Policy Certificate definition

Policy Certificate means the certificate issued to the Insured Person evidencing the Insured Person’s cover under the Policy.
Policy Certificate means the certificate attached to and forming part of this Policy;
Policy Certificate means that portion of the Policy which sets out Your personal details, the type and plan of insurance cover in force, the Policy duration and sum insured etc. Any Annexure or Endorsement to the Schedule shall also be a part of the Certificate.

  • Any costs or expenses payable under this Benefit shall be subject to the Aggregate limit of Sum Insured specified against Benefit I (Medical Expenses) in the Policy Certificate.

  • In the event, the Insured/Insured Person contracts disease/illness or sustains injury during the Policy period; the Company will pay or reimburse to the Insured/Insured Person emergency care expenses subject to the Sum Insured or sublimit for any or all of these benefits as specified in the Policy Certificate.

  • You agree that (a) you will not falsify or misuse any certificate; (b) you will use Digital Certificates for legal purposes only and in accordance with any applicable Certificate Policy, Certificate Practice Statement or other Certificate Authority business practice disclosures; (c) you are solely responsible for preventing any unauthorized user from making use of your Digital Certificates; and (d) you will revoke any certificate that you have reason to believe has been compromised.

  • The Company shall be liable under this Benefit for only one/ multiple delay/s, as specified in the Policy Certificate, encountered by the Insured Person during the Period of Insurance, irrespective of whether the Policy is Single Trip or Multi Trip Policy.


More Definitions of Policy Certificate

Policy Certificate means the document that sets out the details of this Policy and is the evidence of a binding insurance contract.
Policy Certificate means the insurance policy/takaful certificate between Insurance Company/Takaful Operator and Policy Owner/Certificate Holder whereby the terms and conditions of the insurance/takaful contract are stipulated.

  • Solvency Certificate means a Solvency Certificate of the chief financial officer (or the equivalent thereof) of each of Holdings and Company substantially in the form of Exhibit F‑2.

  • -ENTRY CERTIFICATES Any of the Certificates that shall be registered in the name of the Depository or its nominee, the ownership of which is reflected on the books of the Depository or on the books of a person maintaining an account with the Depository (directly, as a "Depository Participant", or indirectly, as an indirect participant in accordance with the rules of the Depository and as described in Section 7.06). As of the Closing Date, each Class of Regular Certificates constitutes a Class of Book-Entry Certificates.

  • Closing Certificate means the closing certificate of the Company in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

  • Private Certificate As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class SB Certificate. Class X Certificate: Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class X Certificate.

  • Pledge Certificate means a Pledge Certificate in the form attached to this Appendix "C" as Schedule 1 executed by a duly authorized officer of the applicable Fund and delivered by such Fund to the Custodian by facsimile transmission or in such other manner as the applicable Fund and the Custodian may agree in writing.

  • Pricing Certificate means a Pricing Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto, properly completed and signed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower.
