Policy Certificate means the insurance policy/takaful certificate between Insurance Company/Takaful Operator and Policy Owner/Certificate Holder whereby the terms and conditions of the insurance/takaful contract are stipulated.

• A Deductible of the number of hours the Common Carrier has been under hijack, as specified in the Policy Certificate, shall be separately applicable for each and every claim made under this Benefit.

• Any communication meant for the Company must be in writing and be delivered to its address shown in the Policy Certificate/ Certificate of Insurance.

• Any communication meant for the Policyholder or Insured Member will be sent by the Company to his last known address or the address as shown in the Policy Certificate/ Certificate of Insurance.
