Asset Pool One Supplement The Second Amended and Restated Asset Pool One Supplement, dated as of December 19, 2007, between Chase Issuance Trust, as Issuing Entity, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee and Collateral Agent, and acknowledged and accepted by the Bank, as Transferor, Servicer and Administrator.
Asset Pool Supplement means the Second Amended and Restated Asset Pool One Supplement to the Indenture, dated as of December 19, 2007, by and among the Issuing Entity, the Indenture Trustee and the Collateral Agent.
Pool 3 The aggregate of the Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as being included in Pool 3.
Asset Pool 1 Supplement means the Asset Pool 1 Supplement dated as of October 9, 2002, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
Pool 2 The aggregate of the Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as being included in Pool 2.
Collateral Certificate means an Investor Certificate issued pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement and the related Series Supplement.
Pool 1 Mortgage Loans Any Mortgage Loan in Pool 1.
Pool 1 The aggregate of the Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as being included in Pool 1.
MBNAseries Servicer Interchange means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Servicer Interchange (as such term is defined in the Series 2001-D Supplement) with respect to such Monthly Period and (b) a fraction the numerator of which is the Weighted Average Available Funds Allocation Amount for the MBNAseries for such Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Weighted Average Available Funds Allocation Amount for all series of Notes for such Monthly Period.
Pledged Asset Mortgage Servicing Agreement The Pledged Asset Mortgage Servicing Agreement, dated as of February 28, 1996 between MLCC and the Master Servicer. Pooling and Servicing Agreement or Agreement: With respect to any Series, this Standard Terms together with the related Series Supplement.
Indenture Trustee Fee means a fee that is separately agreed to between the Master Servicer and the Indenture Trustee.
Owner Trustee Fee means an annual fee equal to $3,000, payable on the Payment Date occurring in August of each year, commencing in August 2024.
BAseries Servicer Interchange means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Servicer Interchange (as such term is defined in the Series 2001-D Supplement) with respect to such Monthly Period and (b) a fraction the numerator of which is the Weighted Average Available Funds Allocation Amount for the BAseries for such Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Weighted Average Available Funds Allocation Amount for all series of Notes for such Monthly Period.
Pool means a voluntary arrangement, established on an ongoing basis, pursuant to which two or more insurers participate in the sharing of risks on a predetermined basis. The pool may operate through an association, syndicate, or other pooling agreement.
Indenture Trust Estate means all money, instruments, rights and other property that are subject or intended to be subject to the lien and security interest of the Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders (including all Collateral Granted to the Indenture Trustee), including all proceeds thereof.
Pledged Asset Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan as to which, at the time of origination, a Letter of Credit was issued in favor of the initial holder of such Mortgage Loan.
Lead Depositor means the Depositor under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Principal Receivables means all Receivables other than Finance Charge Receivables.
Additional Account means each New Account and each Aggregate Addition Account.
Asset Pool means a pool of cash-flow generating assets in which an issuer of a securitized product has a direct or indirect ownership or security interest;
Noteholder Servicing Fee is defined in Section 3.1.
Servicer Mortgage Loan File As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.
Initial Receivables means any Receivable conveyed to the Trust on the Closing Date.
Receivables means the Accounts, Chattel Paper, Documents, Investment Property, Instruments and any other rights or claims to receive money which are General Intangibles or which are otherwise included as Collateral.
Owner Mortgage Loan File A file maintained by the Custodian for each Mortgage Loan that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(a) and any additional documents required to be added to the Owner Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.
Additional Accounts shall have the meaning specified in subsection 2.06(a).
