Pool Purchase Contracts definition
Pool Purchase Contracts means the Pool Purchase Contracts between the Authority and Ginnie Mae, Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae, relating to the sale by the Authority of Mortgage Loans to Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae , respectively, and the servicing thereof.
Pool Purchase Contracts means the Pool Purchase Contracts between the Authority and Fannie Mae, relating to the sale by the Authority of Mortgage Loans to Fannie Mae, respectively, and the servicing thereof.
