Port of Disembarkation definition

Port of Disembarkation means the port at which a passenger leaves the cruise ship for the purpose of ending the cruise tour.
Port of Disembarkation means the port at which the stowaway is delivered to the appropriate authority in accordance with the provisions of this Convention.
