Portfolio Content Category 1 definition

Portfolio Content Category 1 or “PCC1” means any Renewable Energy Credit associated with the generation of electricity from an Eligible Renewable Energy Resource consisting of the portfolio content set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.16(b)(1), as may be amended from time to time or as further defined or supplemented by Law.
Portfolio Content Category 1 or “PCC 1” means Renewable Energy that satisfies the requirements of Section 399.16(b)(1) of the California Public Utilities Code.
