Portfolio Content Category 1 definition

Portfolio Content Category 1 or “PCC1” means any Renewable Energy Credit associated with the generation of electricity from an Eligible Renewable Energy Resource consisting of the portfolio content set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.16(b)(1), as may be amended from time to time or as further defined or supplemented by Law.

Examples of Portfolio Content Category 1 in a sentence

  • For Compliance Period 3, AMP shall procure not less than 75 percent of the eligible renewable energy resource electricity products associated with contracts executed after June 1, 2010 from Portfolio Content Category 1, and not more than 10 percent from Portfolio Content Category 3.
