Portfolio MAE definition

Portfolio MAE means a material adverse effect on the Property taken as a whole, or the operations, business or condition (financial or otherwise) of Mortgage Borrower, taken as a whole.
Portfolio MAE shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Commitment Letter.

  • Portfolio Manager means any individual employed by Loomis Sayles who has been designated as a Portfolio Manager by Loomis Sayles. A person is considered a Portfolio Manager only as to those client accounts as to which he or she is designated by the Chief Compliance Officer as such.
