Portfolio Sites means the 7,180 wireless communications sites comprising T-Mobile’s entire tower portfolio set forth on Schedule 4. Any Portfolio Site will be designated either as an MPL Site, a Sale Site or an Excluded Site in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Portfolio Sites in a sentence

  • When delivered, the Required Financial Statements shall present fairly in all material respects the results of operations of the Portfolio Sites (other than any Excluded Sites set forth on the Site List) on a combined consolidated basis for the periods indicated, in conformity with GAAP consistently applied except as noted in the Required Financial Statements.

  • If applicable, the AT&T Parties shall make payment to Acquiror on the date that is 15 Business Days after the Final Closing Date in respect of all Portfolio Sites with respect to which AT&T is required to refund the Excluded Site Consideration under this Article 4.

  • If applicable, the Verizon Parties shall make payment to Acquiror on the date that is 20 Business Days after the Final Closing Date in respect of all Portfolio Sites with respect to which Verizon is required to refund the Excluded Site Consideration under this Article 4.

  • Section 5.14 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule sets forth a list of all pending claims and the current claims history under all policies or binders of fire, liability, product liability, umbrella liability, real and personal property, workers' compensation, vehicular, fiduciary liability and other casualty and property insurance maintained by Seller and relating to the Portfolio Sites since January 1, 2016.

  • Subject to Section 6(c) of this Amendment, the Portfolio Sites listed on Exhibit B attached hereto designated as Special Zoning Sites shall continue to be Non-Contributable Sites unless Crown, at Crown’s sole discretion, elects to cure any Exceptions causing such Portfolio Sites listed on Exhibit B attached hereto to be Special Zoning Sites.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Master Agreement, but subject to Section 6(c) of this Amendment, the T-Mobile Parties will not be required to cure any Exception required for any assignment or sublease of any Ground Lease for any of the Portfolio Sites listed on Exhibit B attached hereto that are Managed Sites.(b)Exhibit B Sites that are Special Zoning Sites .

Related to Portfolio Sites

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Portfolio Assets means all Loan Assets owned by the Borrower, together with all proceeds thereof and other assets or property related thereto, including all right, title and interest of the Borrower in and to:

  • Renewable Portfolio Standard or “RPS” means a state or federal law, rule or regulation that requires a stated amount or minimum proportion or quantity of electricity that is sold or used by specified persons to be generated from Renewable Energy Sources.

  • Portfolio Supervisor means First Trust Advisors L.P. and its successors in interest, or any successor portfolio supervisor appointed as hereinafter provided." Section 1.01 (26) shall be added to read as follows:

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.

  • California Renewables Portfolio Standard means the renewable energy program and policies codified in California Public Utilities Code Sections 399.11 through 399.31 and California Public Resources Code Sections 25740 through 25751, as such provisions may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Portfolio Asset means an asset of an investment fund;

  • Portfolio Value means the aggregate amount of portfolio of investments including cash balance without netting off of leverage undertaken by the CDMDF.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.

  • Average Daily Managed Assets of the Fund shall mean the average daily value of the total assets of the Fund, less all accrued liabilities of the Fund (other than the aggregate amount of any outstanding borrowings constituting financial leverage). The Adviser may waive a portion of its fees. If this Agreement becomes effective subsequent to the first day of a month or shall terminate before the last day of a month, compensation for such month shall be computed in a manner consistent with the calculation of the fees payable on a monthly basis. Subject to the provisions of Section 5 below, the accrued fees will be payable monthly as promptly as possible after the end of each month during which this Agreement is in effect.

  • Portfolio Information means confidential and proprietary information of the Fund, the Adviser or the Sub-Adviser that is received by a party hereto in connection with this Agreement, and information with regard to the portfolio holdings, investment activity and characteristics of the Fund.

  • At-home recovery visit means the period of a visit required to provide at home recovery care, without limit on the duration of the visit, except each consecutive four (4) hours in a twenty-four-hour period of services provided by a care provider is one visit.

  • Portfolio Securities or "investments" of the Series shall mean, respectively, such assets, net assets, securities, portfolio securities or investments which are from time to time under the management of the Subadviser pursuant to this Agreement.

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List/Portfolio Review Guidelines As of each Determination Date a report, including and identifying each Performing Serviced Loan satisfying the “CREFC® Portfolio Review Guidelines” approved from time to time by the CREFC® in the “CREFC® Servicer Watch List” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Managed Assets means the Fund’s net assets, including assets attributable to any principal amount of any borrowings (including the issuance of commercial paper or notes) or preferred shares outstanding. For the avoidance of doubt, assets attributable to borrowings includes the portion of the Fund’s assets in a tender option bond trust of which the Fund owns the residual interest (without regard to the value of the residual interest to avoid double counting).

  • Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region.

  • Securitization Property means the property described in section 10j.
