Portion 2 definition

Portion 2 of the Reserve Fund shall consist of amounts deposited pursuant to Sections 3.26(a)(ii), (a)(iii), and (a)(iv), above, plus any amounts earned on any such funds while on deposit in the Reserve Fund. Amounts distributed from the Reserve Fund under Sections 4.01(d)(ii) and 3.26(c) shall be deemed to be distributed first from Portion 1 of the Reserve Fund to the extent thereof and then from Portion 2.
Portion 2 means the Equivalent Amount of up to eighty per cent (80%) of the Hermes Premium, subject to Clause 2.5, or (as the context may require) the amount thereof for the time being drawn down and outstanding hereunder in whatever currency or currencies it is for the time being denominated;

More Definitions of Portion 2

  • Increment means the amount per annum provided as a rate of increase in the applicable salary payable to any eligible employee, which unless the context of the relevant approved pay range otherwise clearly indicates, may be granted annually on the applicable anniversary dates.

  • Increment Offer means a type of Virtual Transaction that is an offer to sell energy at a specified location in the Day-ahead Energy Market. A cleared Increment Offer results in scheduled generation at the specified location in the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Remaining Present Value means, as of any date with respect to any lease, the present value as of such date of the scheduled future lease payments with respect to such lease, determined with a discount rate equal to a market rate of interest for such lease reasonably determined at the time such lease was entered into.

  • Lot width means the shorter of the following two linear measurements:

  • Totally enclosed treatment facility means a facility for the treatment of hazardous waste which is directly connected to an industrial production process and which is constructed and operated in a manner which prevents the release of any hazardous waste or any constituent thereof into the environment during treatment.   • Project Management Unit and “PMU” each means the Recipient’s unit responsible for the implementation of its Respective Part of the Project referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Total Contract Value means contract value plus statutory dues like GST etc. and any other amount payable under contract.
