The Office of Management and Budget in each year following the Activation Date, prior to the Time of Payment pursuant to Section 3.6 of this Agreement, shall calculate the Released Amount, which shall be a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Real Estate Tax Increment.
The Authority agrees that it will not take any action in such manner or to such extent as might materially prejudice the security for the payment of the Bonds according to the terms thereof, including the giving of consents to actions by others and material amendments to the City Cooperation Agreement, the Tax Increment Agreements, the Redevelopment Agreement or the Urban Renewal Plan.
