Portland Harbor Special Account definition

Portland Harbor Special Account means the special account within the EPA Hazardous Substance Superfund, established for the Site by EPA pursuant to Section 122(b)(3) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9622(b)(3) through prior settlements related to the Site.
