Positive beam limitation means the automatic or semi-automatic adjustment of an x-ray beam to the size of the selected image receptor, whereby exposures cannot be made without such adjustment.
Positive Test Result means a finding of the presence of drugs, alcohol, or their metabolites in the sample tested in levels at or above the threshold detection levels contained in the standards of one of the programs listed in Minn. Stat. § 181.953, Subd. 1.
Positive Basis means, with respect to any Partner and as of any time of calculation, the amount by which the total of the Partners’ Capital Accounts as of that time exceeds the Partner’s “adjusted tax basis,” for U.S. federal income tax purposes, in the Partner’s Units in the Partnership as of that time (determined without regard to any adjustments made to the “adjusted tax basis” by reason of any Transfer or assignment of Units, including by reason of death). As used in this Section 5.8, the term “Positive Basis Partner” means any Partner who or that withdraws from the Partnership and who or that has a Positive Basis as of the effective date of the Partner’s withdrawal. As used in this Section 5.8, the term “Negative Basis” means, with respect to any Partner and as of any time of calculation, the amount by which the Partner’s “adjusted tax basis,” for U.S. federal income tax purposes, in the Partner’s Units in the Partnership as of that time (determined without regard to any adjustments made to the “adjusted tax basis” by reason of any Transfer or assignment of Units, including by reason of death, and without regard to such Partner’s share of the liabilities of the Partnership under section 752 of the Code) exceeds the Partner’s Capital Account as of such time. As used in this Section 5.8, the term “Negative Basis Partner” means any Partner who or that withdraws from the Partnership and who or that has a Negative Basis as of the effective date of the Partner’s withdrawal.

Plan Objective means the objective of securing the return described in the brochure to which these Terms and Conditions are attached.

Economic Load Response Participant means a Member or Special Member that qualifies under Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.5A, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.5A, to participate in the PJM Interchange Energy Market and/or Ancillary Services markets through reductions in demand. Significance Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, and in accordance with Item 1115 of Regulation AB, shall be a percentage equal to the Significance Estimate divided by the aggregate outstanding Certificate Principal Balance of the Certificates, prior to the distribution of the Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date.
District Level Anti-Ragging Committee means the Committee, headed by the District Magistrate, constituted by the State Government, for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the district.
Payout Percentage means the percentage (between 0% and 200%) determined by the Committee in accordance with the procedures set forth in Paragraph 2, which shall be used to determine the value of each Performance Unit.
relevant and reasoned objection means an objection to a draft decision as to whether there is an infringement of this Regulation, or whether envisaged action in relation to the controller or processor complies with this Regulation, which clearly demonstrates the significance of the risks posed by the draft decision as regards the fundamental rights and freedoms of data subjects and, where applicable, the free flow of personal data within the Union;
Management Objectives means the measurable performance objective or objectives established pursuant to this Plan for Participants who have received grants of Performance Shares or Performance Units or, when so determined by the Board, Option Rights, Appreciation Rights, Restricted Shares and dividend credits pursuant to this Plan. Management Objectives may be described in terms of Company-wide objectives or objectives that are related to the performance of the individual Participant or of the Subsidiary, division, department, region or function within the Company or Subsidiary in which the Participant is employed. The Management Objectives may be made relative to the performance of other corporations. The Management Objectives applicable to any award to a Covered Employee shall be based on specified levels of or growth in one or more of the following criteria:
Investment Objective : means the objective of securing the return described in the brochure to which these Terms and Conditions are attached.
Objective evidence means standardized patient assessment instruments, outcome measurements tools, or measurable assessments of functional outcome. Use of objective measures at the beginning of treatment, during, and after treatment is recommended to quantify progress and support justifications for continued treatment. The tools are not required but their use will enhance the justification for continued treatment.
RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:
Investment Objectives means the investment objectives of the Fund as set forth in the Declaration of Trust as described in section 1.1.1 of this Annual Information Form.
Cost objective means a function, organizational subdivision, contract, grant, or other activity for which cost data are needed and for which costs are incurred.
Benchmarks mean the performance milestones that are set forth in Appendix D.
Student growth objective means an academic goal that teachers and designated supervisors set for groups of students.
Deferral Percentage means the percentage (which, unless the Administrator, in his or her sole discretion, determines otherwise, shall be in whole percentage increments and not more than 90%) specified by the Participant to be the percentage of each payment of Compensation he or she wishes to defer under the Plan.
Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.
Vested Percentage means the sum of the following percentages: (i) 2% multiplied by your Years of Service, plus (ii) 8% multiplied by the number of Years you have been designated a participant in the Plan; provided, however, (w) prior to completing five Years of Service the Vested Percentage is 0,(x) on or prior to your fiftieth birthday your Vested Percentage may not exceed 50%, (y) on or prior to each of your birthdays following your fiftieth birthday your Vested Percentage may not exceed the sum of 50% plus the product obtained by multiplying 5% by the number of birthdays that have occurred following your fiftieth birthday, and (z) your Vested Percentage in no event may exceed 100%.
Fugitive emission means those emissions that could not reasonably pass through a stack, chimney, vent, or other functionally-equivalent opening.
Performance Percentage means the factor determined pursuant to a Performance Schedule that is to be applied to a Target Award and that reflects actual performance compared to the Performance Target.
