Positive Test definition
Positive Test means the results of a confirmation test reported through a medical review officer finding the presence of drug(s) in one’s body. When a confirmed positive test occurs, it is presumed that the injury or accident was primarily due to the influence of the drugs in accordance with regulations.
Positive Test means to have the presence of a drug or a drug metabolite and/or alcohol in a person’s system that is equal to or greater than the levels allowed by this Policy in the confirmation test as determined by appropriate testing of a blood or urine specimen and which is determined by the MRO to be the result of the use of drugs and/or alcohol.
