Use of Drugs. The use of illicit drugs and the unlawful possession and abuse of alcohol is wrong and harmful. The School has a “Drug Free” zone that extends 1000 feet beyond the school boundaries as well as to any school activity and during transportation. This means that any activity – possession, sale, distribution, or use of drugs, alcohol, imitation drugs, steroids, inhalants, inappropriately used prescription drugs, or look-alike drugs is prohibited. This includes non-alcoholic beers and wines, steroids, and the like. If caught, law enforcement officials may be contacted. Violations of this rule will result in a suspension or expulsion. Students caught with an illegal substance are subject to the same consequences. We have posted a list of banned drugs in our locker rooms and hallways. If interested this information shall be provided to parents, students and the community annually. If you wish a copy of this list of banned drugs, please request through the middle school office.

In addition, on request of the PI, Sponsor shall furnish sufficient information for each drug/chemical supplied by Sponsor, to the extent known, to permit reasonable interpretation of the results obtained in the Sponsored Research.

Employees who are taking a prescription or over-the-counter medication that may impair their ability to perform their duties safely and effectively should provide written notice from their physician with respect to the effect of such substances. The City will make a form available to employees to assist them in reporting such authorized drug use. This form will be maintained in a separate confidential medical file in the Human Resources Department.

(c) The Guarantor shall promptly upon becoming aware of its occurrence notify the Administrative Agent if: (i) the Designated Website cannot be accessed due to technical failure; (ii) the password specifications for the Designated Website change; (iii) any new information which is required to be provided under this Guaranty is posted onto the Designated Website; (iv) any existing information which has been provided under this Guaranty and posted onto the Designated Website is amended; or (v) the Guarantor becomes aware that the Designated Website or any information posted onto the Designated Website is or has been infected by any electronic virus or similar software. If the Guarantor notifies the Administrative Agent under Section 8.3(c)(i) or Section 8.3(c)(v) above, all information to be provided by the Guarantor under this Guaranty after the date of that notice shall be supplied in paper form unless and until the Administrative Agent is satisfied that the circumstances giving rise to the notification are no longer continuing.

  • Use of Trademark In the case that the Subscriber provides a telecommunication service to an Subscriber’s Customer pursuant to Section 8.1, if the Subscriber desires to use SORACOM’s trademark, the Subscriber shall obtain SORACOM’s consent in writing to do so before using SORACOM’s trademark, and shall comply with any other conditions relating to the use of SORACOM’s trademark specified by SORACOM separately.
