Examples of Post-2004 Accounts in a sentence

  • Should the Participant die without a valid Beneficiary designation in effect or after the death of his or her designated Beneficiary, then any amounts due him or her from his or her Post-2004 Accounts shall be paid to his or her estate.

  • If the Participant dies before the entire aggregate balance of his or her Post-2004 Accounts is distributed, then the unpaid balance shall be paid in a lump sum to his or her designated Beneficiary under the Plan.

  • This Section 5.2 shall be effective as of January 1, 2005, and shall apply to Post-2004 Accounts.

  • For purposes of determining the amount payable to the Beneficiary, the Participant’s Post-2004 Accounts will be valued as of the date the payment is processed.

  • For purposes of determining the amount of any annual installment payment of the Participant’s Post-2004 Accounts, the value of the Participant’s Post-2004 Accounts on the valuation date shall be divided by the remaining number of installments.

  • For purposes of determining the amount of any payment of the Participant’s Post-2004 Accounts, the Participant’s Post-2004 Accounts will be valued as of the date the payment is processed, except that if payment is required under the terms of the Plan to be made as of the last business day in January of a Plan Year (for example, pursuant to Section 9.02(b)), the Participant’s Post-2004 Accounts with respect to such payment shall be valued as of such last business day in January.

  • With respect to Deferred Compensation, as of the Effective Date, the Post-2004 Accounts (as defined in the 2003 Plan) of the participants in the 2003 Plan are hereby merged into the Deferred Compensation accounts under this Plan and the amounts in those Accounts shall be governed thereafter by the terms of this Plan.

  • Amounts transferred from the 2005 Plan shall be placed in a Post-2004 Account for the Eligible Employee and shall be subject to the same rules and conditions as applicable to Post-2004 Accounts.

  • Deferred Account means the participant's Deferred Pension Account, Deferred Dividends Account, Deferred Retainer Account, Deferred Fees Account, Deferred Cash Account and/or Deferred Stock Account.

  • Deferral Account means the Company's accounting of the Director's accumulated Deferrals plus accrued interest.

  • Participant’s Account means an account maintained for each Participant’s participation in DSUs and/or RSUs under the Plan;

  • Payroll Deduction Account means the bookkeeping account established for a Participant in accordance with Section 6.

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.

  • Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).

  • Retirement Accounts has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(7) hereof.

  • Elective Deferral Account means the account established hereunder to which Elective Deferrals (including a separate accounting for Catch-Up Contributions) are allocated. Amounts in the Participant's Elective Deferral Account are nonforfeitable when made and are subject to the distribution restrictions of Section 12.2(e).   • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • Matching Account means the account maintained on the books of the Employer for the purpose of accounting for the Matching Amount and for the amount of investment return credited thereto for each Participant pursuant to Article V.

  • Deferred Compensation Account means the account maintained with respect to each Participant under the Plan. The Deferred Compensation Account shall be credited with Participant Deferral Credits and Employer Credits, credited or debited for deemed investment gains or losses, and adjusted for payments in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8. The Deferred Compensation Account of a Participant shall include any In-Service or Education Account of the Participant, if applicable.

  • Employee Account means any brokerage account or unit investment trust account in which the Van Kampen Employee has any direct or indirect beneficial ownership.

  • Grandfathered Amounts means, if applicable, the amounts that were deferred under the Plan and were earned and vested within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code and regulations thereunder as of December 31, 2004. Grandfathered Amounts shall be subject to the terms designated in the Adoption Agreement.

  • Covered Account means an Account established by a financial intermediary for another as the owner of record on the Fund Registry and through which such owner of record has the ability to conduct transactions in Fund shares directly with and through BNYM.

  • Employer Account The Participant's Matching 401(k) Contributions Account, Matching Thrift Contributions Account, Employer Contributions Account, Qualified Matching Contributions Account and Qualified Nonelective Contributions Account, as the case may be.

  • Regular account means the account established for each active and inactive member un-
