Post-2004 Company Account definition

Post-2004 Company Account means, for any Participant, the aggregate of (a) the Company Contributions credited to the Participant under the EDCP or the Plan on or after January 1, 2005, plus (b) any such contributions credited under the EDCP before January 1, 2005, to the extent such contributions were not vested as of December 31, 2004, and earnings, gains, or losses credited on amounts described in (a) and (b), but reduced for any prior distribution under the EDCP or the Plan.

Examples of Post-2004 Company Account in a sentence

  • A Participant shall be fully vested in all Accounts maintained for the Participant under the Plan; provided, however, that Discretionary Awards credited to a Participant’s Post-2004 Company Account and earnings, gains, or losses on those contributions, shall become vested only as set forth in the agreement evidencing the award and, to the extent not vested, shall not be paid.

  • The portion of a Participant’s Pre-2005 Company Account (if any) and the Participant’s Post-2004 Company Account attributable to Matching Contributions credited to the Participant before the Effective Date (and related earnings but not dividend equivalents) shall be treated as if invested at all times in the IBM Stock Fund under the 401(k) Plan.

  • On an annual basis, each employee (not including Members of Household) is required to sign a Code of Ethics Certification (Appendix 2 of this section or intranet based equivalent) indicating that he/she has read, understands and will adhere to this policy.

  • Beginning with the payroll period that includes the Effective Date, Matching Contributions and Match Maximizer Contributions shall be credited to the Post-2004 Company Account for each Eligible Employee who satisfies the eligibility requirements described in Section 3.02 for such payroll period in an amount equal to the sum of the Matching Contribution and Match Maximizer Contribution described below.

  • For each Plan Year beginning with the 2016 Plan Year, a Matching Contribution shall be credited to the Post-2004 Company Account for each Eligible Employee who satisfies the eligibility requirements described in Section 3.02 for such Plan Year.

  • An Automatic Contribution shall be credited to the Post-2004 Company Account each payroll period for each Employee who is eligible for Automatic Contributions for such payroll period under Section 3.03.

  • From time to time, the Company, in its discretion, may credit an Eligible Employee’s Post-2004 Company Account with an amount determined under an agreement evidencing the Discretionary Award, and such award shall be subject to the terms specified in such agreement in addition to the terms of this Plan.

  • For each Plan Year, a Matching Contribution shall be credited to the Post-2004 Company Account for each Eligible Employee who satisfies the eligibility requirements described in Section 3.02 for such Plan Year.

  • A Matching Contribution shall be credited each payroll period to the Post-2004 Company Account for each Eligible Employee who satisfies the eligibility requirements described in Section 3.02 for such payroll period.

Related to Post-2004 Company Account

  • Company Account means the bank or/and electronic Account of the Company, and the Company Account in the Processing Center.

  • Intercompany Account means any intercompany account balance outstanding as of immediately prior to the Initial Closing between (a) the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, on the one hand, and (b) the Owner or any Affiliate of the Owner (other than the Company or any of its Subsidiaries), any of their respective directors, officers or employees or any spouse, parent, siblings, descendants (including adoptive relationships and stepchildren) of the Owner and the spouses of each such natural persons, on the other hand.

  • Deferred Account means the participant's Deferred Pension Account, Deferred Dividends Account, Deferred Retainer Account, Deferred Fees Account, Deferred Cash Account and/or Deferred Stock Account.

  • Deferral Account means the Company's accounting of the Director's accumulated Deferrals plus accrued interest.

  • Deferred Compensation Account means the account maintained with respect to each Participant under the Plan. The Deferred Compensation Account shall be credited with Participant Deferral Credits and Employer Credits, credited or debited for deemed investment gains or losses, and adjusted for payments in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8. The Deferred Compensation Account of a Participant shall include any In-Service or Education Account of the Participant, if applicable.

  • Subsidy Account If the Trust Estate contains any Subsidy Loans, the deposit account or accounts created and maintained by the Servicer for deposit of Subsidy Funds and amounts payable under interest subsidy agreements relating to mortgage loans other than the Mortgage Loans.

  • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Employee Account means any brokerage account or unit investment trust account in which the Van Kampen Employee has any direct or indirect beneficial ownership.

  • Designated Retirement Account means any retirement plan or account described or qualified under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or a subaccount thereof.

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).

  • Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.

  • Payroll Deduction Account means the bookkeeping account established for a Participant in accordance with Section 6.

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • Intercompany Accounts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a).

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.

  • Contribution Account means an account, or accounts, into which the Accountholder and employer contributions are deposited by the TPA, and from which HSA dollars are swept into the Cash Account.

  • Retirement Account means any retirement or pension fund or account, listed in Iowa Code section 627.6(8)“f” as exempt from execution, regardless of the amount of contribution, the interest generated, or the total amount in the fund or account.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • Note Distribution Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Elective Deferral Account means the account established hereunder to which Elective Deferrals (including a separate accounting for Catch-Up Contributions) are allocated. Amounts in the Participant's Elective Deferral Account are nonforfeitable when made and are subject to the distribution restrictions of Section 12.2(e). The Elective Deferral Account may consist of the

  • Principal Accumulation Account Balance means, for any date of determination, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Accumulation Account on such date of determination.

  • Matching Account means the account maintained on the books of the Employer for the purpose of accounting for the Matching Amount and for the amount of investment return credited thereto for each Participant pursuant to Article V.

  • Thrift Plan means the Financial Institutions Thrift Plan, a qualified and tax-exempt defined contribution plan and trust under Sections 401(a) and 501(a) of the Code, as adopted by the Bank.

  • Individual retirement account means a trust, custodial arrangement, or annuity under Section 408(a) or (b), Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (26 U.S.C. Section 408 (1986)).

  • Accumulation Account The account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iii) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.
